Before you order
Order confirmation & processing
We’ll email an order confirmation after checkout. When your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation with the carrier details available at that time. Weekends, holidays, promotions, and severe weather can affect processing.
Shipping costs & delivery estimates
Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Available delivery services and estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier conditions and delivery location may affect timing.
Track your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation first. Please allow time for the carrier to post its first scan. If the link has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, visit our Track Your Order page and include your order number.
Address changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
When your order arrives
Inspect the parcel and item soon after delivery. Natural fibers can have slight variations in color, texture, shape, and dimensions; these are expected characteristics rather than defects.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Keep the product and all packaging, then contact XINGNEST with your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping carton, interior packaging, and shipping label. These details help us review the issue and offer the right next step.
Starting a return
Review the return window, eligibility, and exclusions in our Refund Policy. Then contact us with your order number, item, and reason for the request before sending anything back.
Packing your return
Keep the original packaging until you are sure the piece works in your home. For an approved return, follow the packing instructions and use a trackable service. Check the Refund Policy for return shipping costs, original delivery charges, and exclusions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and reviewed. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. The refund confirmation will be sent to the email used for the order.
