These Terms of Service govern your use of the XINGNEST website and any order placed through our store.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by XINGNEST. We may contact you to verify details and may limit or cancel an order where information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. If a cancelled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Products and natural variation

We aim to present products, colors, materials, and dimensions accurately. Handwoven natural materials and wood naturally vary in tone, texture, weave, and measurement. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not defects. Screens may also display color differently.

Pricing and payment

Prices, taxes, promotions, and delivery charges are shown in the store or at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk and ownership transfer as provided by applicable law. Returns, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content without permission, make fraudulent purchases, or use the store in violation of applicable law.
