Natural fibers and wood grain vary in tone and texture. Check the product description for the expected variation. If an item arrives damaged or substantially different from its description, contact us so we can review it.

Mekong features water hyacinth baskets, Coastline focuses on seagrass, and Grove introduces wooden objects. Individual product pages confirm the materials, construction, and finish.

Place natural-fiber baskets only in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct water and prolonged humidity. They are not waterproof.

Start with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Use only minimal moisture on small marks and let the basket dry completely. Do not soak it. See Materials & Care and follow the instructions for your particular piece.

Only gently reshape a soft, unframed basket when its product instructions allow it. Do not bend a rigid or metal-framed basket. If it arrives distorted or damaged, contact us before attempting a repair.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and protect the surface from standing water and direct heat. Finishes need different care, so do not apply oils or polish unless recommended for that product. Read the Grove care notes.

Compare the product’s listed exterior dimensions with the clear space available. Pay attention to handles, rims, and lids; usable interior space is smaller. Our Size Guide includes a real product example.

The product title, selected set option, and What’s Included section show whether you are purchasing one basket or a coordinated set. Images may include styling pieces that are not part of the purchase.

Measure the clear width, depth, and height of your space. Allow room for lifting, sliding, or opening a lid. Use the exact product measurements, not Small, Medium, or Large labels alone. See the Size Guide.

Distribute weight evenly, avoid overfilling, and lift a loaded basket from its base instead of pulling only on the handles. Follow any product-specific use notes shown on the product page.
